Start where you are.

I help people get things done - building consistency, energy, and order that fits real life.

A bit about me

After years of chronic fatigue, I had to rebuild from scratch — slowly, stubbornly, one day at a time. Lifting weights (and eventually rocks the size of small cars) taught me that progress isn’t about motivation. It’s about structure, showing up, and doing the small things that add up.

That’s what I help others with now — finding strength, energy, and consistency that actually fits their world. Read more here...

Accountability Coaching

Build routines that actually stick.
I’ll help you get organised, stay consistent, and find your rhythm again — whether that’s with training, daily life, or just keeping your energy steady.

Nutrition Support

No diets, no overwhelm — just practical changes that work.
We’ll look at what you’re already eating and make small, sustainable tweaks to match your goals.

Decluttering Support

For those ready to simplify and make space for what matters.
I work especially with older adults looking to downsize — sorting, organising, and helping you let go at your own pace.

Garden Projects

If you’d like an extra pair of hands for light gardening, tidying, or small outdoor jobs, I can help. Reliable, straightforward support — the kind that gets done without fuss.

Who I work with

I work with people who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more capable in everyday life — not just more “productive.”

Most of the people I work with are juggling too much, running on low energy, or stuck in that familiar all-or-nothing cycle. Some are neurodivergent, some live with chronic fatigue or burnout, and some are simply tired of never quite catching up.

What they all have in common is a genuine drive to feel better — physically and mentally — and a willingness to make small, steady changes once they’ve got the right structure and support.

My work looks a little different for everyone. For some, it’s about building consistency with health, movement, and routines. For others, it’s about simplifying their space — clearing the mental and physical clutter to make room for what’s next.

Whether we’re working on habits, energy, or the contents of a cupboard, the goal’s the same: to make life feel lighter, more manageable, and a little more your own again.
