Hi, I’m Jo. My path here hasn’t been easy — but honestly, I wouldn’t change it. It’s shaped everything about how I work now.

I lived with chronic fatigue for years — the kind that steals your energy, focus, and confidence. There were long stretches where I could barely leave the house, and just getting through the day felt like a full-time job. I also spent years figuring out food sensitivities and how to make my body work with me again, instead of against me.

When things finally started to turn around, I found strength training — slowly at first, then seriously. I fell in love with lifting, with the process of rebuilding something from the ground up. These days, I compete in strongman and stone lifting, and I’ve never felt more capable (or more surprised to find myself here, to be honest).

That journey taught me what real progress looks like. Not the shiny “before and after” kind — the messy, everyday kind where you start small, keep showing up, and let consistency do its quiet work.

That’s exactly what I try to bring into my work now: helping people create structure, rebuild energy, and find their footing again — in their routines, their nutrition, or even their homes. I focus on simple, sustainable changes that actually stick.

Whether you’re trying to regain strength, get your habits back on track, or bring a bit more order to your space, my goal is to help you find progress that fits real life — no pressure, no perfection, just forward motion.
